I reckon someone should start an online petition to revoke that award!
No way in hell are they better than Blockbuster. I've been with them for some time now and they've got the fastest turnaround I've ever seen.
Not to mention, they don't stamp the words 'DVD' or 'Lovefilm' or anything stupid that'll get the attention of Royal Mail thieves. Not one disc lost yet with them.
This award thing's a damn joke. It was the same with the broadband company BullDog -- once they got an award a lot of unhappy customers complained to have it removed and it was! |

Bulldog are not bad! I have their 8MB broadband.
I have never payed for loveflm, But most places I go they have the worst reputation |

But seriously, does anyone know if any government-backed authority is investigating Lovefilm? They so totally should... |

To be honest, these awards are just an example of "brown nosing"......I can almost picture the scene :
There will have been an executive from LF meeting someone from the British Video Industry and they hit it off (in the toilet cubicle), then when the envelope is opened......surprise surprise.....the WINNER is Lovefilm.
I agree that there are other companies out there who are more worthy of this award, but they obviously declined to drop their trousers.

Bulldog are appallingly incompetent. I had an horrible experience with them and they stil owe me money.
