Can anybody help me on this?
I did the free trail, cancelled within time limit, returned all disks etc. However, got my bank statement through today and it turns out they've charged me 14.99 each month for the last three months.
I've spoke to the bank and they're sending dispute forms, but can't get any response from LoveFilm. Anyone got any idea what I should do to get my money back? |

I would give them a call, because you will wait forever, to get any written response from them.

How exactly did you cancel the service?
Can you still login to your account?
It could well be that a disc you returned never reached them? Give them a call 0870 2401637 they are a very friendly bunch & I'm sure you will be able to get to the bottom of it. |

I totally agree !!!
I found them to be very sympathetic and they can add extra time to the account.
