Ok I know most of you are experiencing problems with them at the moment......myself included.
It is not just the problem with the slow turnaround, but also the slow and insufficient replies with their customer service.
Well on a brighter note, I telephoned them last Monday and I have to say that I got very good service from them. The person I spoke to was very sympathetic and he managed to re-activate my account (I had previously cancelled the "3 for 1 offer" after a couple of weeks) on the spot.
He also added an extra few weeks to my period, which in effect will run through to sometime in July....so by the time my next payment will be due I will almost have had..... "4 months for 1".
As I was speaking to him, he did mention that they have different departments and he did not dispute my comments, when I mentioned to him that one department doesn't seem to know what the other is doing.
At least my issue with them was resolved in a friendly manner, so it might be worth some of you also giving them a telephone call (rather than using the online email thingy), because it worked for me and I have to say that they are very friendly and understanding, when you get to speak to them.

Latest news........I sent 3 discs back to LoveFilm on Wednesday night and they have them today (Friday).
I don't know if they have sorted out their problems, or whether they are looking at me as a priority case, because of my phone call to them.
Hopefully, this will be the same for everyone.......

Nope, sent discs back Tuesday and still not booked in.
So that will be 7 days to get there with the bank holiday, I could have walked them there and back twice in that time myself. We know it's not Royal Mail, I've changed to Blockbuster and no problems there. |
