I have used this company twice, what a BIG mistake!

Dipite many phone calls complaining about the lack of new releases being sent to me and films that appear on their site that are you are not able to rent!!

I have used many other companies, but I would give this company -10

It's a bit dissapointing as ScreenSelect was certainly one of the better companies I trialed and the biggest I s'pose, but it seems their service has really dropped off. Hmmm...

I have to agree on this. Once I became a paying customer the service declined very rapidly. The turn around was really bad and I felt they were using deliberate delaying tactics. My perception is they were looked after the trialist better than paying customers in order to get new business. Trouble with that strategy is they will eventually loose those paying customers. At the end of the day perception is reallity to the paying customer and hence I jacked them in. It's interesting to see they've stopped the 30day trials. I wonder will paying customers experience better service now. Hope so. Please let us know.

Here's one to try for everyone. Try renting "The Parallax View", the 70's political conspiracy flick. All the sites say they have it but I just don't believe them. I can't get it from anyone, including Screenselect.

Fully agree they suck! Joined on tuesday and still no movies dispatched with over 50 in queue.

HateLoveFilm have you tried adding movies which arent the latest releass or recent released movies.

My list is a misture of old and new titles. In fact only about 5 are the latest. Have emailed, shalled await the reply.
