MadDog, it seems you're getting worked up over what everyone has to say, and I think this website is not for you... certainly if you work for a DVD company, as your comments are bias.

Best you get back to stuffing DVD's in envelopes... Rolling Eyes

well when he gets back to stuffing dvds in envelopes instead of spouting cr*p all over the forum maybe he can check to make sure its the correct
dvds being sent out i'm currently paying 2 companies (thats right madog i said PAYING)for the privilege of sending me dvds that go walkabouts,just don't work or in the case of one company completley different dvds to whats on my list Shocked

and as for scamming every rental company whatever get your facts right first i've been with lovefilm for a year now had no probs never had a wrong disc or a disc go missing and any disc that didn't work has been replaced without problem every other company i've tried i've had problems with

if every company provided top service instead of messing about a lot more people would actually pay i was a subscriber wth screenselect who were just about the best til the merger then they went cr*p so even though the service dropped rapidly should i still pay i think not ,so i managed to get another free trial to see if it improved it didn't but if it had i may of paid

so don't label all of us scammers when most of us are just trying to get the best service we can for our money

nevermind every forum has one user who just likes to wind up everyone else looks like madog is ours

Mad dog i am really annoyed with you. i have only had 2 trials and have continued with both companies after the trials because i was happy with their services.I started with screenselect and when their service went downhill (slow turnaround,sending bonus discs out instead of the actual films) i decided to try lovefilms. after two months of using both companies (yes i was paying fot 2 companies for 1 month) i decided Lovefilms was the better option and cancelled screenselect. Also if you have positive proof of people either scamming or stealing from the companies then why do you keep sending dvd's out to them, it is your right to refuse service to any one. Also if people were scamming they would hardly be on a forum telling everybody about it. If the free trials are available then it is the peoples right to use them, afetr all there is nothing in your terms and conditions to say they cannot do this. If you are not happy with these people then i guess it is tough but if the companies keep giving them free rentals then they will continue to take them
