Having perused the website of 1dvd.co.uk, (I'm not tempted to join them - I'm happy with Screenselect) - I noted the following.
The home page which shows a table of "service levels" (1-5 disks a month) and clearly shows a free trial period of 14days against all levels.
Then go to the FAQ and see that "During the free trial period, members will only receive 1 DVD at a time, equivalent to the 1 DVD service level 1."
So the 14day trial period is in fact limited to service level 1. Surely this is misleading? Do you think trading standards would be interested? |
