I have had some problems with these guys and its getting annoying. I may have to go to their offices coz they are taking the p**s.
I have used them the last couple of weeks and I am not impressed at all. They sent me a DVD but didnt put enough postage on it so I had to drive to the Royal Mail Depot and pay extra to retrieve it.
When I emailed them I got no reply.
I then cancelled my subscription 3 days before the end of my free trial and sent back all the DVDs at the same time. They noted they recieved 2 of them but not the third and I have now been charged £20.
Again I have emailed them, twice, and I havent heard a thing from them.
I have tried most of these free trials and I wouldnt rate this very highly.
ANY ONE ELSE GOT ANY VIEWS OR IDEAS ON HOW I CAN GET THESE GUYS TO RESPOND????? |

Well, if you end up paying them a visit.. have a Molotov Cocktail in hand. 
I trialled these guys a while back, they seemed ok for me.. I seem to have been lucky  with the majority of my trials and memberships, as other users have had horror stories to tell, with the smaller DVD companies.

| movie pigeon is definately a dvd company you should avoid like the plaque.They claimed i didn't send my dvd's back and so charged me £20.After several emails and contacting the royal mail they suddenly said that they had had the dvd's returned but could not give me my money back as I had not returned them in time for the free trial .I am really angry with them and believe they have defrauded money out of me.Stay away from them you have been warned.I am going to contact trading standards and if necessary the police.I have received £20 by the royal mail as a goodwill gesture even though they are not to blame! so I cannot fault them.But after reading other peoples problems that are exactly the same as mine I can come to only one conclusion they are con men! |
