Hi Marty73
The comments don't seem to make sense and neither does their website.
I'll guess i just have to ask them directly.
Got an e-mail address for them ? |

Hiya the kid, yeah, I agree.. it's a very simply website and just a small DVD rental company compared to the big boys, but users comments have been pretty good.. if you're located in their area it seems. I doubt I'll try 'em tho', unless they offer a free trial.

Hi Marty73
I've learned that prevention is better than cure the big boys aren't perfect but i fear that they will at least be around for a while.
lets hope the eevee.co.uk goes from strength to strength though
we need more choice |

More choice is a good thing, but slowly all the smaller companies are being taken over... |

I've been with these guys for a few months now & i have to agree there website is basic compared to the big boys & there catalogue is a long way short of massive, but on the other hand i have requested about 30 to 40 DVD's since i joined them & i think its about 24 or 25 of them that they have brought into stock for me, which to me is pretty good. What i have found with them is that they tend stick to films.
The other thing i've noticed is that i always get 3 of the top 10 from my queue unlike the other 2 companies ive been with.
Marty, just thought i'd point out that i live in West Belfast & there service to me couldn't much be better. As far as i'm aware i don't live in there area.......Maybe i'm there only customer in Northern Ireland?
One more thing before I go, they have recently put there prices up but didn't put mine up. Has anyone else had there price kept the same?
I hope they keep up the good work |

eevee.co.uk is not a professional website and doesnt appear to be professionally run.
Missing images on site, Payment methods only paypal for rental.
Rental Queue you need to type in title and form says:
| Quote: | Please place your rental requests here.
We will e-mail you once we have ranked the title. |
ADVISE against using this service - use at your own risk and they dont appear to have a free trial.
So you may want to try free trials there are other reputable companies first and if you want you could try them eevee after.
DVD Rental Trials List
It seems a bit strange that forum member smorris05 works for hadr who have the same customer service number as eevee. Seems like he is advertising eevee.

once again I feel compelled to reply being a very satisfied eevee.co.uk customer.
Have you tried their service "admin"?
I agree that they do not have an all singing and dancing website which was a little difficult to get used to but this does not make them "unprofessional" in my opinion.....have you ever heard the expression do not judge a book by its cover???
Give the little boys a chance....... |

The website and operations does seem a bit dodgy (and I hate the paypal method as admin has indicated), hence admin is just giving a heads-up warning , that's all. I too wouldn't trial them but if you're a satisfied customer then good for you. |
