Started trial on a Sunday and lovefilm realise they cant really start trial on a weekend so they let you know it will start on a monday.
First 3 dvds arrived on Tuesday.
Return on Wednesday and received on Friday next batch.
The turnaround was good.
Had a few customer service queries, first you get an automated response with a ticket number and confirmation mail received. Then received prompt response on queries, normally same day.

Lovefilm discs now have a clear plastic on top of dvds, to prevent damage, but most damage happens on the bottom of disc so dont know how useful this is.
On back of envelopes you can see who packed your dvd for you has a name printed.
I forgot to return the dvds back on Monday required before for next payment date. But was lucky that they gave me a few extra days to return last dvd. |
