Signed up on free trial with free oceans 11 dvd.

Got first 3 dvds pretty quickly.
Turnaround was average but with free trial had a problem that one the discs sent didnt arrive.

Moviechoices say to If for any reason you fail to receive your DVD within 3 days from despatch, please contact one of our call centre representatives by replying to this email or by calling us on 0870 2416878.

Emailed them after not receiving dvd in post on a Saturday and got a response on Sunday to say they have noted it down as lost.

Shame that happen right near the end of trial as I realised with the free ocean dvd trial they let you have 14 days to return dvds.

Tip: if you going to take trial select Diamond package to get 3 dvds at a time, other options will mean you will only get 1 or 2 at a time. If you want to stay on after you can change you package through online account.

Cancellation was simple just had to through online account
On cancellation they gave a cancellation reference on screen and also emailed confirmation.
