Oh, that's no good.. probably has to do with the merger, and have adopted VideoIsland's slower turn-around policy? Pretty dissapointing dude.. who are you going to join now? |

Well, here's the ones I've already done.
Movietrack - Dreadful.
Movie choices - Dreadful, and special annoyance of being charged for a missing disc they were told about (did get money back)
Tesco - Poor
Dvds365 - promising, but turn around bad, send discs back saturday, not maybe classed returned till wednesday.
Blockbuster - cr*p, 40 titles in a queue and told we have nothing to send you.
Global E rental - the only place I've actually had new titles from

Yep, I've tried 'em all too and still going.. Squeeze every trial I can out of these companies! If ScreenSelect is going down the tube, then LoveFilm is the clear winner in my books and you should go with them - I'm a member as I was impressed during the trial period compared to all the others. Good luck, and may the DVD be with you.... |

| I have to say during my trial period with ScreenSelect i thought they were giving great service, i am now into my 2nd paying month now, and this past couple of weeks they really have gone downhill, on their webpage which tells you what dvd they are sending you next, more often than not just shows (Awaiting Allocation) and of course they do not allocate anything at all, i'll be cancelling at the end of this month. |

Hi,
same problem here, gone from getting 6-9 dvds a week during my trial to an average of 5 during the first few months of paying and now this week managing the grand total of 2 dvds out of a list of about 70 and these are not all top titles but some quite old obscure films. I think I shall keep them going until the last xmas post cutoff dates and then cancel and find someone else after xmas.
Any good recommendations |

| sounds like screenselect have gone further donw hill since a left them a few months ago with the same problems you guys are having. i'm with lovefilm now. i get 6 dvds in the first week and then 3 per week untill i pay again, then i get 6 and then 3's again. I don't think this is brilliant, but it seems like the best available. |
