Things started out quite well as I was getting my top priority films and the turnround was quick. However, the last 8 to 9 weeks have seen a rapid decline in service. I no longer receive any priority films and at one stage I wasn't receiving anything even although I had over 50 DVD's in my selection.
I added some older films onto the bottom of my list just to ensure I would receive something for my money. Turnaround is now taking them 48 hours from receipt of my returned discs to posting out new ones.
Some films, notably "Narnia", "Goblet of Fire" and "Flightplan" have been top priority since they were released but I have yet to receive them. Almost 2 months after their DVD release date and I still wait to view.
And why do these companies never directly answer your questions? Bog-standard excuses that have no relevance to your questions.
Just checked my rental history and noticed that in the last 5 weeks I have received just one new release, "Rumor Has It". (I'm on 3 at-a-time)
Well, I have had enough. Back to good old Screenselect. |
