The Tesco website has now been revamped, presumably as it is now based on the Screenselect site. The site facilities are much the same as before – not better or worse.
They now seem to take longer to select DVDs but the last two sent have come from the top of my queue. Hope they can keep this up as I’m not too fussed about an extra day but I do like to see a majority from my top selections. |

| These guys have been real slow, which is surprising as they're with ScreenSelect. My account is yet to be activated after 48 hrs, so thumbs down to these guys already. |

| I’ve emailed Tesco support several times since their website update but have not receive any replies. The website email address doesn’t seen to be active and bounces the emails. Has anyone had any communication with them lately? |

i have been using tesco now for a sometime and havent had any bad experiences. Tesco customer support have alsways been quick to answer any questions I have asked via email.
My only concern with regard to Tesco is that you dont always receive your DVD's in the priority or order in which you created you preference list. |
