Problems with odeondirect.co.uk free 1 month trial

Hi!
I am on the free 1 month trial with odeondirect which are powered by lovefilms.

Everything was running very well for the first 3 weeks, I receive one dvd right after the other and the series I asked for in the correct order. They send out emails whenever the next dvd is posted and you can check your rented dvds (which means those they sent out and you haven't returned so far) online. And I received all dvd directly the next day.

Now, 1 week before the trial ends, all three dvds are posted (according to their email) but none arrived with me.
The problem now is, that if the dvds do not arrive in time for me to send them back the trial will change into the regular contract. And you can't report any missing dvd within 5 days after they are supposed to be sent out.

Isn't that suspicious? For me it is. I think they do this on purpose to force me into a regular contract for at least 1 month.

I would like to know if there is anybody else experiencing similar?
