Some damning quotes form the lovefilm website. If you aren't having dvds sent out, and it looks like they think you watch DVDs too fast for their liking, try:
"And as soon as you send them back, we'll send out your next available choice the very same day."
A queue of 100+ makes it hard for them to prove they aren't honoring this.
"Rent unlimited DVDs absolutely FREE OF CHARGE. No catch, no minimum contract."
The catch is they aren't unlimited? When three discs have been returned Thrusday, and they haven't found replacements to send out by Wednesday night, I get suspicious. Obvious restriction in the amount they are letting me have out.
I bet there's more. |
