Did i rent an Illegal dvd ???

I rented a dvd called "faces of death" from Blockbuster and could only watch about 10 mins of it due to it's content even though i thought i was prepared and could handle the nature of it's content. I sat with 5 of my friends and they viewed it.

In the sun newspaper this week their was an artical about a man who is being sent to prison for showing an exucution on his mobile phone to a fellow worker.

So i think i have broken the law for the first time in my life and facing 10 years in prison. So is "faces of death" legal or illegal to be viewed by consenting adults ???

A big difference.......

The British Board of Film Classification would given this a certificate, therfore allowing this to be viewed.......so it is legal.

Not my cup of tea though.
