Supposedly SS are now running a normal service after the fire and will be giving us one weeks compensation for the delays.
For the last 48h I've been stuck on 'awaiting allocation', not something I'd expect for a normal service. Clearly, there are still problems and one weeks compensation seems insufficient.
I originally read that they expected 3 weeks of disruption. Yes, they are now running but at a greatly reduced rate. The intelligent thing to do is to give a FREE MONTH to compensate. If they don't reward customer loyalty then they are going to lose alot of subscribers. Including me. |
