Has anyone had to report any discs missing with MyMovieStream. I had to email their general support address in the end - I can't find any way on the site of flagging discs as missing. Haven't heard anything back yet so I'm wondering if this is the right way to go about this.
Funnily enough everytime our postman goes on holiday, so does most of the post to our address. |

Ah they replied due a second email. 2 discs were added with no questions asked and they extended my trial by a week to make for the inconvenience!
They are also working on updating their website to make it more usable. |
