Poor start

Been with these guys for 3 weeks, had a months free trial courtesy of Empire magazine, and they only got 3 film to me so I cancelled this morning. Crying or Very sad

I tried DVD365 after seeing the ad in Empire. I only got 14 days and after 7 had only received one DVD so i cancelled. And now they keep sending me emails despite the fact that i unsubscibed!

They are ok but have charged me twice by mistake. They did refund me though and the customer service is ok but one bitten ?

I'll give them one last try but peopel stay vigilante to your bank statements - expensive mistakes do happen

I too tried DVDs365 on the back of the Empire offer, and have been so pleased with the service that I'm now a fully subscribed member.

Of all the companies that I've trialed, these lot have been the best by far at sending me top of the list discs, with a very quick turnaround too. I also like being able to set priority preferences for individual discs, rather than the 3-tier prioritising system used by ScreenSelect and Video Island amongst others. During my trial period, I received about 18 discs. One one occasion the wrong disc from a set was sent - after a quick e-mail to customer support, I had my trial period extended to compensate me for lost time.

The only downside to the service that I found was their inability to send box sets in the correct order (i managed to get Murder One disc 5 before Disc 1!), but by following the advice on the site and only placing one or two discs at a time online I've managed to avoid a repeat of this. And their top of the list service is so good that there's never been much of a delay in getting the next disc anyway!

So, of the 7 companies I've trialed to date, this one wins my hard earned dosh Very Happy
