Cancelled my free trial with them, not happy with the service because they are slow at sending DVDs out.

This service was cancelled 3/4 days before trial was finished but they still took a payment off my credit card.

Will let you know how I got on recovering my money.

The same thing happened to me as well. Sad I cancelled the account and then 3 days later they still charged me £13.75.

I have sent them 3 emails already to ask for my money back and no response so far. I tried to contact by phone and no one is answering (I left a message on the machine).

I'm very worried about these guys and I wonder what else can I do to get my money back. Apuk, have you managed to get your money back?

Thanks,

Julia

They did this to me too.. seems to be a pattern.

I got a refund same day I requested it though, so email colette@postadvd.com and failing that contact the company who process credit cards for them on helpdesk@secpay.com

These "guys" seems to be running from a domestic broadband connection so are not a proper company IMHO.

AndyM,

Thanks for your help.
I've got the refund same day as my message was posted on this forum. My guess is that they read the forum or it's just a coincidence, but it doesn't matter as long as I got my money back.

Same sorry scenario here! But I do feel a little better for finding this forum/site!
Tried the trial, cancelled within the 14 days, returned the DVD's and then they billed me.
They do not answer emails or the phone. I have been very polite in requesting my refund, no reply as yet. I will use the email addresses posted here and see what happens.
My main concern is the lack of response/communication....very worrying and more importantly, will they bill me again in error?
I'm trying to resolve without cancelling my card or going down the dispute road with card company!
Be wary of this lot! Mad Mad Exclamation

Well i have cancelled my free trial after 5 days of not recieving a thing - and by the looks of the website they havent even sent the DVDs to me.

By the looks of it, I might email them to make sure no money is taken out of my account.

cheers guys

About 4 days went by and no new DVD's had been sent so I emailed PostaDVD - 'Either the dvd's have been lost in the mail or your turn around is very slow', and the next day, my account is cancelled.

Hi Streaky_7. Yep, the exact same thing happened to me last year when I trialed them..
