Hello all,
For several months now, in fact ever since the Royal Mail decided to do a reshuffle of their services I have experienced problems.
Sometimes I have either had to wait up to 4 days after I have been informed my DVDs have been sent for them to actually arrive (not counting Sundays) or I have sent DVDs back and have had to wait the same amount of time before they have been listed as returned.
I have also had DVDs listed as posted to me not arrive, DVDs I have sent back not received, I even had one DVD envelope arrive open and the DVD missing.
This is not a 'one off' it happens regularly.
I have now taken to taking my DVDs to the PO, handing them in and getting a proof of posting certificate
I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same problems.

Sounds like you're not in a good area for post. A bit concerning..
On another note: It seems Royal Mail's x-mas backlog is gone, assuming, as my returns are arriving the next day, which is great.. quick turn-around again. |

plutus1947 have you been getting other post without any delay?
Take a look date stamps on your mail to get an idea of how long mail is taking to reach you.
Otherwise its probably down to your local postal service being unrealible. |

Thanks Admin.
I assume it is the postal service but will keep an eye on the date stamps to make sure.
