Videoisland site no longer operating and running their own site, the merger process seems to be taking place. Videoisland accounts are being transferred to use Screenselect website.

Instructions for former Video Island customers (FAQs)
This page is for former Video Island subscribers who have just been switched over to ScreenSelect.co.uk. All active Video Island subscribers now have active ScreenSelect accounts.
You'll find instructions first, then Frequently Asked Questions for former Video Island subscribers are listed below - click on one to see if we can answer your question here. If you don't find an answer to your question try our general ScreenSelect FAQs, and if they can't help you then please email us on help @screenselect.co.uk.

2. Once you are logged into ScreenSelect you can edit your account details, view your billing date and update your payment details in the 'My account' page.
3. You can add titles to your selection in various ways. You can use the Featured Collections and Genres on the left-hand side of the screen. Or you can search for a specific title. Or you may see a related title on the right hand side of the screen. We recommend that you have 20-50 titles in your selection at once. As with Video Island, you can prioritise titles into three levels. We try to send you the high priority titles whenever possible.

I liked Video Island! Why do I have to switch?
Video Island and Screenselect merged in summer 2004. We wanted to give all our customers the best of both worlds, which is best done on one service. ScreenSelect's service had a larger range and lower pricing so we decided to use that one. As one combined service we can now give all former Video Island members access to the UK's largest online DVD library, the biggest range, and the best service available.
Why am I having trouble logging in?
To log in, go to www.screenselect.co.uk and select 'Member login' from the top navigation bar. You will be asked for your email address (though if you know your Video Island nickname, this will work too) and your password (the same as you used for Video Island). If you have forgotten your password, click on the 'lost your password?' button on this page. If you can't remember which email address you used, please email us on website @screenselect.co.uk providing your home address and a contact telephone number.
I had accounts with both Video Island and ScreenSelect.co.uk - which one should I use?
If you had the same email address on both systems, then we have changed your Video Island account's email address. You can login using the original address by appending '_dupl' to the end of it. E.g. if your email address was "fred_bloggs@hotmail.com" you should use "fred_bloggs@hotmail.com_dupl".
I can't find a particular Video Island DVD on ScreenSelect
There are a handful of Video Island titles that are either retired or where circumstances beyond our control have prevented us migrating them over. If you are concerned about a particular title please let us know at titles @screenselect.co.uk and we will do our best to find it for you.
