|
|
DVDS365 have now decided to have a quota on the packages unlike other dvd rental companies.
The maximum number of rentals for a subscription period is 10, 20, 30, or 40 rentals for the 1 Star, 3 Star, 4 star or 5 Star package respectively.
However this may not make much of a difference on the lower packages, unless you are watching and returning discs nearly the same day you receive them.
As it takes at best 1 day to receive dvd and another to return dvd. So a turnaround of a possible 2 working days but can take up to 2 days receiving and sending dvds. So you could get 2 dvds a week. So about 12 in a month. With the limit at 10 dvds you may not notice much of a difference. |

So am I right in thinking that as my free trial (Empire 30 days) is on the 3 star account I can rent up to 20 DVD's before the trial ends?
It would have been nice of them to make it clear when I signed up |

From customer Services:
Our free trial allows users to test run our 3 star package - 3 dvds at any one time.
There is no limit to the number of DVDs a member can rent during the trial. |
