Thanks for all the feedback. I am sorry it hasn't been so good to those of you that signed up.
I have my fingers crossed that it will improve. Let us know if it does. |

Seems someone didnt do their homework properly. They also state no payments will be taken at present. We will wait for further developments. |

Yeah just had the same conversation. Had to insist yesterday that the 2 missing discs be written off, since they had already told me that others had the same problem, it was clearly not my fault. They did this straight away with the discs being described as "lost".
That made all 3 discs of mine officially returned. No other discs allocated yesterday. No discs allocated today. Rang them and was told the same as above. 800 discs missing, service suspended and that the website shouldn't even be accessible. I told him it was and that in theory new people could still sign up for a service that wasn't running.
When I asked if my card would be charged when the free trial was up on Friday, he said no payments would be taken for now. I asked him how we would know when the service would resume and he said that people would be e-mailed. I told him that would be remarkable since no-one seemed to have received any e-mail at all from Loaded regarding any issue at all. He didn't have an answer for this.
Anyway, I'm really dissapointed by this failure, it should have been so promising. Based upon the failure in service and lack of communication so far, I'm not willing to trust that they won't take a payment on Friday, so I've cancelled the trial. |

Nightmare! I joined up for the 3 months and got the free Narnia dvd. My first 3 rentals were sent out 24 hours after signing up. They were recieved back to Loaded24/7 yesterday morning, but so far no discs have been allocated.
I'm worried i've been ripped off now if it's true they've suspended the service. |

They were still accepting sign-ups on 2nd May when I joined. Since then I've received nothing --- not even an e-mail. Disappointing start considering they have the advantage over other companies of R1 DVDs.
If anyone needs to phone them and doesn't want to use the 0870 number, I found their geographic number on http://www.saynoto0870.com/

they have finally stopped sign ups
this is now up at the site
Dear Customers,
Thank you for your participation in our new rental service. Unfortunately we have had to suspend the service indefinitely pending an investigation with Royal Mail who have been willfully withholding the rental discs returned to our Business Reply address. Consequently we have not been receiving the majority of the discs sent back to us until 5 or more days later resulting in us not being able to provide you with our usual high level of service.
Please accept out sincere apologies and we will, of course, refund in full any subscription payments we have already taken. We also ask that any rental discs you may still have are returned to us at your convenience.
Best regards,
Lee Warner
(Managing Director Loaded247 Ltd.)
so loaded are blaming royal mail what a shocker no doubt royal mail are blaming loaded
i like how its a criminal offense for everyone else to withold mail but apperently not for royal mail
hopefully they can get this sorted as loaded are a good company who i've been getting imports from for years without problems |

| Its a real shame how its all ended, i joined on the trial, got two R1 films sent next day then another a week later, all three showed up as returned a day before the two week trialed ended even though sent back next day so i cancelled last night, if it gets up and running i might give it another go as the idea of renting R1 discs certainly is appealing. |

| doesnt sound like a great service. It would seem hard for new companies to enter the market. Its getting very crowded! |
