| A great service that yesterday went the same way as many others in not sticking to the "unlimited" policy.My discs arrived back with them Monday am but no allocation.Contacted them Tuesday and got cut and paste reply regarding fair allocation to low users.I rent 6 a week on 3 at a time.How much lower can you get?Their other suggestion was for me to upgrade to 5 a time.I pointed out that if they could not allocate 3 how could they allocate 5.Reply came that 3 had now been despatched but so far none arrived and no confirmation e mail of despatch as per usual.Could it be they dont like getting complaints? |
