I have been a Blockbuster 3 disc at a time customer for 9 months now. However this week, despite having a queue of 55 discs, they haven't sent me out a single one. So I called them up to see what was happening as they didn't even notify me of any reason why & the woman said that there was nothing on my list she could send, sorry & there was nothing she could do. So I cancelled right there and then.

Not a single dvd from a list of 55! I can't help but feel that it is something to do with the 2 month free trial which is going on at the moment. Many people have obviously signed up but they don't seem to be able to cope.

Is anyone else having problems this week?

No problems at all, in fact every disk has been despatched same day

I've had a couple of problems when a single disk seems to get stuck in the post (for about 2-3 days)(im using the 2 months free trial), but the other2 are getting sent out the next day.

No probs at all for me.
Are the titles on your list all obscure titles.
One good tip i have picked up is as follows,
Click on any title that you fancy,if the Pay-per-rent Tab appears,then that title is available at that time on the unlimited rental service.If this tab is not showing you will not get that title that day.
I check my list daily around 10.00 am and organise my queue to reflect the availability, as around 11.00 am -12.00 am, their system does a sweep of all the lists and allocates all titles possible.

I have had exactly the same problem. Monday morning my account showed my 3 discs had been received by Blockbuster. It is now Thursday afternoon and I have not received any discs, nor is my account showing anything ready for posting. I have emailed them 3 times with no response.

Up until this week the service I have received has been exceptional so I will give them until the weekend to get it sorted. If I have not received any by then I will be off to Screenselect.

I am on a 2 month trial and service since I started about 3 weeks ago has been exemplory. Same day turnaround without exception. I'd take my hat off to 'em...if I had one.
