It's been down (the site) most of the morning - has their systems crashed perhaps? I says ...
"We are currently upgrading our systems to be better, stronger, faster.
Your service will be even more responsive as a result of this upgrade.
However, we apologise for the temporary disruption of your rental experience." |

| their site is now back up and because it's been down all day, I recon there will be no disks going out tonight as I have nothing in the 'rented' section despite all my disks being returned to them this morning. brilliant - no films to watch this weekend. |

I think they expect all their customers, to keep the discs that they get through the week, so that they have something to watch at the weekend.
As for their upgrade... | Quote: | | Your service will be even more responsive as a result of this upgrade | ....I fail to see what advantage this will have for their customers, unless they mean that their web pages open much faster....WOW!!
