Well, I give these guys a try and I was very impressed indeed. The turn around is the best I've experienced. Some constructive criticism. I still think they need to amend the T&C if they haven't done so already. The search engine has some serious problems which they need to get sorted and the short wait thing just confused me to be honest. Are they saying that to get fast turn over of DVDs you need to have at least 3 "available now" discs. I didn't quite get it. I didn't get my top selections but hopefully the change in the free trial rules will improve service to paying customers as has been pointed out. They are a quid more expensive than the bigger players too and the selection is more limited than the bigger players too. I hope they keep this up. My worry is they will get taken over at some point. It's inevitable really.
