I've been waiting since April for LoveFilm to unsuspend my account (due to missing disks) so I can complete my 3 months for 1 offer.
Supposedly I have to wait until the Royal Mail claim forms have been dealt with - but those seem to be lost in the post as well
I have absolutely no problems with post from any other rental company (currently with Blockbuster and DVDs usually arrive next day whichever way they are travelling) and the only other time a disk has been lost in the post (with Tesco/Video Island) the claim form arrived within a month.
As a high-volume customer (around 20-30 disks a month) I can only assume that they are using the Royal Mail as a scapegoat to avoid giving me the free rentals I signed up for.
No problems with Blockbuster, so I'll be sticking with them whatever offers LoveFilm may dangle under my nose. |

| I too have been having problems with delivery. Over the last 3 months I have had 3 dvds not arrive and had my account suspended.At first I thought it might be a dodgy postman, but no other post has gone missing. Now i'm starting to believe the problem is their end........dodgy employee maybe ? Anyone else had this problem ? |
