I phoned up screenselect (bunch of crooks) to query about my compensation. I was told that they had taken anout 3.450 off my next bill.
What a load of cr*p. Do they think I want money off my next bill, I dont plan to have a next bill as I am going to cancel.
Anyway after speaking to the guy, he was very easily persuaded to change my billing day by one week. Far better then 2.50ish off.
As for them stalling DVDs when you return them, I queried this and lo and behold I got one allocated that day and they marked the other one back as recived. I have experienced this before, send them an email when the service is shite and it gets better for a while. The email address is cservices@screenselect.co.uk if you want a direct one and not that stupid form.
So what I suggest is we hassle screenselect if we all do it maybe the service will impove. |
