25 titles seems a very short list, if that's all you really want to watch then online rental probably isn't the best choice for you.

It seems to have changed now, but back when I started online rental, all the sites were pushing the idea that as soon as they recieved a DVD back the next one would be dispatched - Unlimited Rental.

So, if they advertise the service they are under obligation to provide it.

If they make a loss then it's up to them to change to a more realistic business plan and clearly state any restrictions they place on the service.

Ruggedtoast is right, by returning the DVDs before you have watched them you are blatently taking the p*** and in breach of the rental contract.

Whilst I'm sure that you're not the only one doing this, I think you chose the wrong forum to brag about it Razz

This seems to be getting worse. The new site design looks better but new titles seem to go straight to Medium Wait within hours.Also being on 3 disc a time I have noticed the discs are bundled together,obviously to save postage.No Problem. Only this weekend 2 of my lower discs allocated and supposedly despatched Friday.Not arrived Sat or Today. 1 further disc allocated today(again from lower region,even though some new releases were showing as Now at top of list) Want to bet all 3 arrive tomorrow bundled together?These were the best around last year but now more customers means less turnaround.Is it possible to find a company that doesnt send all its new releases to New Customers?Trialed them all I think But they all seem to go same way after first payment now.

im on a 5 at a time deal and in the last 8 days have had nothing sent and thats with over 30 titles in list, sent many mails to them but no reply, first month i had with them i could not believe how fast they was, coming to end of the second month at the weekend so unless something happens within the next few days will cancel.
