| I'm just going through the sign up form and noticed you can enter the ID of an existing member - I guess they might get some goodies. If anyone wants to post their ID/email address, I'll add it now! |

Sent you PM
Just logged into MMS and I don't have an ID number, so it must be the email address.
I wonder what the goodies are?

Done. If anyone wants any invites, it looks like MMS are doing a similar scheme to other companies where you get monetry rewards for every friend you recommend (and probably end up going further than the free trial).
I can't find any info about the exact details of this but on my 'Friends' page it says:
No of Invitations Sent: 0
Total Rewards Received: £0 |

I'm going to join MMS as well after pathethic experiences with Screenselect and Lovefilm.
Can anyone get me a Friend ID?
Many thanks, Jerome

| Sure Jerome - I've sent you an invite. If it's not in your inbox, try your spam folder. |

Hi simon,
Thanks for your friend ID.
But there is something i don't get.
If I go straight to the website and join (without friend ID), I get 2 weeks free trial.
And if I enter a friend ID I still get exactly the same thing, 2 weeks trial. Not one month or anything more.
Is it a con? The sender gets something but not the receiver.
Lovefilm did give you a month if you were sponsored by a friend. |

| Mmm not sure - I thought you both got £5 but maybe it's just the sender. It's not exactly clear on the website. I won't be offended if you don't take up the offer! |

I've sent an email to their customer service about it.
but the receiver doesn't get anything special.
They replied to me: 'what you see is what you get, this our promotion at the moment'
Nice chaps!
I'll give them a go anyway. They can't be worse than Lovefilms.
Can we split this £5 then Simon
just joking. |

Sure, I've got a few quids worth of 1 and 2 pence pieces in a jar - I've have it sent over to you!
Maybe we can create a chain here - the next person who wants a recommendation you send etc etc so we all get the benefit. |
