I'm just coming to the end of my 'come back to us' free month with Lovefilm. I noticed you can't cancel via their website any more and have to phone them up. Well, surprise, surprise, there was no-one on the end of the line when I phoned up (twice). I left a message via their answering service and I've also send them a message via the form on the website.
Can anyone help me out? What do I have to do to cancel? Has anyone else had this problem? |

tiggins28 maybe tried emailing?
On lovefilm help they say:

"Cancelling the service"
You may cancel your LOVEFiLM service and there is no minimum contract.
If you still want to cancel the service:
Select Cancel Account
This appears on the Your Account page and will give you cancellation instructions.

You could try calling again
there opening times Mon- Thurs 8am-7pm, Fri 8am-6pm and Saturday 10am-4pm |

| hey mate, on mine it says cancel membership, just go onto the my accont tabbe, scroll down till last option appears n it shud be there, unless theyre tryin to screw evryone over by removin it with one week to go till pay day!!!!!! |

| Well in the end I had to send a message via their website. I thought when I followed the 'cancel' link that the site would let me do it, but it didn't. Luckily someone received the message within 24 hours and cancelled my account before the free trial period was up. |
