Lovefilm have already made me mad!!!

I signed up to their willy wonka 1 month free trial, and they sent me the wrong disc!! I am tryin g to hpone them now, and they won't pick up!! Idiots!

Plus, They should work saturdays

Unfortunately, it pays for all potential customers to read all the feedback and reviews on all these companies, before trying them.

Arguably, LF have more negative reviews than any other company out there, yet people still join them.

So you are not alone......there are 1000's out there who joined as Willy Wonka's and ended up becoming Wally Wanka's.......me included.

I'm not too bothered-It's a free trial. I will never become a paying customer, Never!

Got in touch with them and they said the disc will be shipped out to me today, However it has not. They will probably send it to me tommorow. I am debating whether to phone them up. If I sound really annoyed it's possible they will give me more days on my free trial or something. After all, Lovefilm do have a reputation of being very nice to their customers when they are on a free trial. Do you think I should??

Just received a faulty disc from them. They're mad if they think I'll ever become a paying member.

Good attitude, use the free month and then get a mates, auntie, sister or neighbour's address and get the free trial there. Use Lovefilm for your gain, don't get stressed, don't waste your phone bill trying to get sense from them, just see how many free films you can watch and smile. CAUTION!!! Proof of postage is your friend..Use it..
