Joined trial of Screenselect in May and received DVDs no problems.
Became member in June and signed up for 12 months and received 1st 2 DVDs fairly quickly.
Took a payment holiday in 1st 2 weeks of July and on 18 July, my 3rd DVD as member was sent, Old Boy. Still hasn't arrived, requested 2nd delivery attempt which was sent on 22nd July, still hasn't arrived, now requested 3rd delivery attempt.
Screenselect customer service is OK as they replied to my email explaining the situation a couple of days later and gave me 8 days extra on my subscription.
Can't wait until the 15 days have expired since the 1st delivery attempt so I can start contacting Royal Mail. 15 days is a bit of a joke though, do they think the post goes around the world twice or something. On the Royal Mail site, it says your post is still in transit, stating the obvious.
Although what will happen then, I still may not get any DVDs. Customer should get some compensation for this inconvenience (pain in the ) from Royal Mail. |
