I have been with mailbox movies for a while and it has been a great service never had a problem, Posted my dvd's back to them on thursday 28th and they recived them on the friday morning. However my account shows NO dvd's have been dispached to me (have 69 in my selection) . I have been told it will be tuesday before i get my next dvd's from my selection.

Turnaround has hot rock bottom and it's only the start of the merger.

The word on the street (and this is only gossip) Is that they are going to close the company in scotland and all dvd's will be shipped from there london base, Which will only increase the volume of dvd's passing through there.

Why did mailboxmovies have to commit company suicide.
