Moviemine seem to offer a service where you get titles from the bottom of your list not the top!

There customer service is rude but they answer quickly (no matter how rude), turnaround is good.

Overall not the best and would not recommend them.

Oh, I don't know, they seemed alright to me--must save cash by sending multiple dvds out in a single envelope (and by including only one for return, encouraging people to slow down and wait to send them all back at once). But at least their envelopes don't scream "I have dvds, steal me" to the postman Smile

Still the site doesn't quite seem serious--offering a free ringtone? Even if the design is cartoony, the service is pretty good. Definitely worth trying for the first month/half price offer.

I had problems with these guys at the beginning of the year. i got films i didn;t request, films from the bottom of my list, damaged dvd's unwatchable and dvd's lost in post. I cancelld this trial 5 days before the end and posted my dvd's back the same day. I got charged £19.99 at the end claiming that they had not yet received the last one. The day after payment was taken they mysteriously received the 3rd. a month later i had to threaten them with reporting to eventually get my money back and they would only give £15.00 of it claiming that it had cost them to take it and this was the rest after deductions.

I gave them the bebefit of doubt and my mother then tried it and received the exact same treatment only she receieved £17.50 back claiming the same reasons as mine. There where 6 titles supposedly lost in the post on that occasion and the same length of time and threats to get any money back. BEWARE.
