I can't believe how bad this lot have become, i was with them for a 3 month period last year when they were ok, not great just ok, so when i got an e-mail to re-activate my account pay for one month get one free, i thought ok thats not bad, i was even fool enough to pay for a third month, but what a waste of time, i am so fed up of the times i have seen Awaiting Allocation, i'm sure anybody who is with Screenselect knows what this means, i e Screenselect DO NOT send out the next DVDs from your queue on the same day they recieve them back from us, it's always the next day before they are sent out, so if you send any discs back on a Thursday, you have no chance of getting replacments before the following Tuesday, and it's funny how if you do send 3 discs back at the same time, they mite recieve 2 the next day, but the third won't turn up till a couple of days latter, and vice versa they may send me 2 discs, i'll get one the next day, but the second will turn up a day or two later, this is all done to slow disc turaround, this has happened way to often to just be the mail service, well i will be packing this lot in very soon and i won't be back ever, no matter what fancy offer they send me.

You have a dam good point there. I`ve noticed the same and it seems to be getting worse. I always send all mine back at once. They never seem process all 3 at the same time, sometimes not even 2! .. I think this is thier way of squeezing more profit for themselfs and screwing over the customer in the process, and you can bet your bottom dollar they have covered themselfs for this in thier T&C`s.

Sometimes I wonder, I mean its the customer who makes the company, then the company changes its rules to suit its self and its shareholders, which may not benefit the very customers who helped made it a business in the first place. Banks are even worse but thats another story Smile
