Seem to be some good comments, and other than the following I agree.
I have done the free trial, but having sent a disc back which hasn't been recieved by moviestream, or has not been registered as being recieved.
I have tried to contact customer support three times with no joy.
this of course means, that I am only getting two discs instead of three.
I really need to get them to talk to me, so if there is anyone out there who knows how I can phone them and actually speak to someone, I would be obliged!! |

Just finished my free trial and cancelled today. The only problem is the last 3 discs they sent out to me last thursday haven't arrived.Got a bog standard email from them warning of disrupted service because of the london events.Emailed them on saturday but like others have had no reply.Cancelled today and emailed them again.Bit concerned that i will get stung for the 3 discs as it states in their terms that if discs are not returned within 7 days they will charge me £1 a day per disc until returned up to maximum of £20 per disc.I can only hope they turn up as i can't see me getting get any response from them. This has spoilt an otherwise spotless trial. |

| Did anyone stay one after the free trial? If so, how does it go? I am thinking of giving them a try and stay on but am not sure if they are really reliable. |

having the same problem none of the discs sent out on thursday have arrived yet i'm not sure if there is a disruption now as screenselect are in london yet the discs are getting here no problem so i will wait til tommorow then chase them up
strikes me as a bit dodgy that my last 3 discs are delayed just as the free trial is due to end |

| I was worried about being charged extra when the problem was clearly mymoviestream's, so I have changed my debit card details which should stop them taking any payments from me. They will then have to deal with me by phone. What do you think? |

Good idea, might work. I've just tried it myself.Changed the last 3 numbers of the card randomly and it accepted it.Let' see what happens. |

Just finished my free trial with them (not enough of a selection to stay longer). And had a similar problem to others here, a disc I returned last week still has not shown up as returned. Plus they haven't sent any other discs since then either. They're ignoring my emails regarding these problems too.
Changed my card details like mwmarcus suggested and hoping they don't charge me for the disc as I couldn't stay with them any longer without being charged for a month.
Quite convenient that all these problems people are having all occured at the end of free trials too. |

I was wondering how long it would take, for the London Terror Attack to be used as an excuse for shoddy service.
While everyone in London, has displayed their great spirit and commitment, in the aftermath of this attrocity and stick their fingers up at these scum sucking terrorists, to let them know that "It Is Business As Usual", a bunch of greedy profiteers, conveniently use this as an opportunity to sting their customers.
If any of you from Mymoviestream are reading this, then let me tell you......YOU WILL NEVER GET A PENNY FROM ME. |

| Why does everyone has problems now? It is really strange. I sent 3 movies back last Friday and they are still in "My Movies at home". They are sending nothing new. I can't really believe that they haven't them back yet. I will cancel the free trial as well. It's a pity I thought that would be a good company for once... |

Has anybody actually had a reply from an email sent to these guys.
It all smells doggy style to me.I actually thought that a good company had been unearthed, but it appears that they are no better than the rest of them. |

another day gone and still no discs
no reply as yet from "customer service" if there is one
according to some reviews on dvd reviewer emails and enquirys are usually answered within 24 hrs which i find highly doubtful
looks like i'm about to be charged for another month but i think not a quick phone call to the credit card company should sort it |
