Any luck getting your top titles?

The longer I stay with Lovefilm the lower down my priority list my movies get. I have noticed a distinct pattern in the movies they send out too, generally old or unpopular ones. I presume the popular titles are going to all their trialists.

Can anyone recommend a rental comany where you get top titles reliably?

When I was trialling lovefilm I got 1,2 and 3 everytime. Its only when I became a paying customer that they started slipping. I think most people find the same.

On Monday lovefilm send my first and second choices, and on Tuesday they sent the new first choice. Hope they can keep that up!

This is where I'm getting particularly poor service. As far as LF is concerned, the top half of my list doesn't exist. I've just swapped things around to see what happens. I'm also sick of them listing DVDs they obviously haven't got.

As my 3 for 1 package grunts lazily towards it's death, things are worse than ever. The last 2 weeks have only seen me getting 1-2 movies each time. They've completely stopped sending 3 out at once. What i do get is from the middle or bottom of my queue.

The sooner Lovefilm gets busted for the scammers that they are, the better. I for one, will laugh my ass off when that day comes.

I must be special, as Lovefilm are giving me discs from my top 5 every time..... but only 2-3 a week on the 3 disc plan! (on the 3 for 1 as well)

Its weird that different people get different service.

In any case Ive had about enough of them now, all they send me now are obscure Japanese anime and movies. I like obscure Japanese anima and movies, but not as the only thing.

I was still holding out some hope of gettong Meet the Fockers and Creep, but Im not going to get those am I.

How did such a good service go so bad.

I emailed them to complain that I couldnt get any top title movies and asking why they were listing films on their site they obviously cant send to me, saying also that I specifically did NOT want to receive the "we send out 75%..." email again and they just sent me a cut and paste email the basic gist of which was:

'We send you out movies we have rather than ones we dont which is why you never get top titles"

I emailed them back to point out how absurd this was and they just sent me another cut and paste email that was differently worded but said exactly the same thing.

Pathetic, Im going to freeze my account and try another company.
