Which company do you feel has the best customer service around in terms of:
Speed Of Replies
Politeness and Understanding
Helpfulness
I think Lovefilm are probably the best. |

Hi Film Dude........
If you take a good look aroung the forum, you will clearly see that Lovefilm are about as welcome as a turd in a swimming pool.
So I think it is safe to say, that the Customer Services at Lovefilm, are busier than any of the other rental companies.....and that is not in their favour, because the BEST company, is the one, that no one should ever need to contact.

Lovefilm always respond quickly to email with a standard reply containing a blatant load of bollocks! To get and actual reply or speak to someone them, seems a little tricky, I think they're busy  |
