Have Lovefilm changed their tactics?

I've not been on the forum for a couple of weeks, so it's been interesting to see that the general cr*p performance that virtually everyone suffered 6-8 weeks ago is still effecting some customers.

For me at least Lovefilm have sorted out their turnaround problems, and over the last month they have acknwledged return, and despatched a new rental in double quick time. Apart from them not working every Saturday, I'd struggle to find fault. So much so that I've given up keeping detailed records.

But, what has dropped off noticeably is the disk priority. Last few disks have been noticeably lower down the list than prevously. I'm two weeks off the end of the 3 for 1, so perhaps l'm now seen as lower priority.

But business logic suggests that someone near the end of a trial should be getting the best possible service, so that they sign up... I don't understand.
