Just decided to start a new trial with GlobaleRental. Two weeks in, I've had 9 films, all from the top of my list. Confirmation of discs returned and sent very fast e.g. Sent back Sat morning, email Mon thanking for return, all three new titles arrived on Tue. OK one was scratched and didn't play on one machine but then payed on PS2.
Is this the honeymoon period? We shall see. |

You must live in Scotland to get next day turn-around because from my experience, it's their standard procedure not to send new discs till the next day. Hmm.. Lucky you!  And yes, get use to the un-playable (dud) discs, you'll get many more if you stick with 'em.  |

Soon they will start 'sitting' on your returned disks for days. Then like magic, your 3 disc at a time will turn into ONE disc at a time. No amount of emailing will have any effect. They will tell you it is 'fair play'.

Hello All
I know the game, I've been playing it a while. What I like about GlobalE is their communication.
OK I see through their responses, I'm not stupid, even though you're telling me you've recieved them, it don't take a whole day to update my account and then another to send them.
I'll start to kick up a S**t storm when they start lying to me, as have Love Film. |
