Received a short form from Royal Mail today about a dvd lost with Lovefilm (Online Rentals LTD). Simply have you received DVD?, have you contacted sender? have you contacted Royal Mail.
But seems a very long delay for a DVD that was lost in post in August 04.
If you have a dvd lost while with lovefilm, look out for letter from royalmail. |

Yep, I got one of them letters last week, for a lost DVD in December.. which I thought was s-l-o-w, but your wait was 8 months which is a joke! You win.  |

Marty, I really do hope you are not throwing this at them too?
Surely this is a Royal Mail cock up, I received one of these to & contacted them & they told me that they had a lot to get through & that is why they have taken a while to get through.
