Thanks for that. My suspicions are true. Now concerned about cancelling

You can see them now, saying we need your DVD's back before we cancel. They have recieved them, but they are pretending they haven't.

Will send them recorded delivery.

Do you know of any other good sources

recorded delivery is fine but it costs.

<<! start tip of the day
Go to Post Office and ask for a reciept or proof of postage, its FREE and then you have proof that you sent your movies back.

Don't cancel till they have received them all back. But first of all remove all titles from your list,so they can't send any more to you. Wink

The other fact is "Why wait 3-4 weeks". I've lost 10+ DVD's, and they never turn up, so why wait??

I don't trust them now. Here's another theory, when a DVD is lost how come it's never removed from the list. Interesting!!!!

Is it just me, or is Blockbuster the only company that finds DVDs - reported one missing after 9 days, 2 weeks later I got an e-mail telling me that the disk had arrived.

I'm guessing that the disk got lost in their computer system (arrived back but not booked in) but being more than just an online rental company they have stock checking procedures in place.
