Blockbuster Fast Turnaround.

Currently with Blockbuster.

So far every DVD returned has arrived next day back to blockbuster.
(You get an email the day after you sent to confirm theyve received.)

Normally the day after or same day as they receive DVDs they send another few DVDs from selection list. (The day before you get you next set of dvds you are emailed they day before.)

Blockbuster Customer Service is available by phone
0845 60 60 383 (Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm, Saturday 10am - 4pm)

Must agree admin, I've frozen my LoveFilm a/c until they sort their cr@ppy service out and joined Blockbuster myself.

Top 3 choices everytime so far and lo and behold unlike LoveFilms 6 days to receive my DVD's (yeah right!) Blockbuster receive them the very next day after posting which proves Royal Mail do not have a problem and that LoveFilm are lying through their teeth.

I am very happy now. Cool

We are looking to rejoin blockbuster after suffering Lovefilms v. Cr@ppy service aswell, they have gone sooo far downhill!

Yep, despite being 1 of my fave companies... I agree, they have certainly gone downhill lately; turn-around has been crappy now. But I wouldn't go to Blockbuster, I prefer DVDs365 or ScreenSelect next.
I'll stick with 'em as I'm only in the country for another 6 weeks anyway, then back home to Oz - woohoo! Cool

I've been in my 3rd week of my free month and I have to say that I am quite happy with Blockbuster.

They always seem to sent me the discs from the top of my list and they seem to have a faster turnaround than LoveFilm + Screen Select.

Also one of my returned dvds didn't arrive to them and they sorted it out immediately (after a quick phone call to them).

A big thumbs up to them......

yes stay with them if you want to ripped off. Why not read some of the posts in the forum and make up your own mind.

I also switched back to Blockbuster after Lovefilm screwed me over.

I was surprised to find that they didn't charge me for the 1 month free trial despite the fact I trialled them for 2 weeks last year.

The turnaround is the best ever. Send 3 today, they receive and send back 3 tomorrow.

I gotta admit their European site could do with a little improvement especially on the rental queue page which allows only a few to be displayed at a time. But, other than that, they've got a great selection.

I'm definately staying with Blockbuster. I just hope they'll be just as good to me as a paying customer.

If you want the best, only big corporations like Blockbuster can to do the job right.

They are fine and turnaround is still quick but don't expect them to have films in the first 50 of your list.

I've had Closer in my top 5 for a good 5 months or so now, it will be on Sky by the time I get to see it! Rolling Eyes
