I cancelled my subscription 3 days before end of trial period and returned all the dvds in my possession on the same day.
However, they continued sending me the dvds left on my rental queue despite all my e-mails asking them to close my account. They even asked me to update my rental queue when I did not even have access to my Movietrack account anymore!
No need to say my surprise when my bank account was debited with £12.99, and when I was explained that was because I had not returned all the dvds which they were keeping sending me. I have tried to call them on the tel no. I obtained today from dvdtrials but the staff were in a meeting. I'll try again until I get my refund. Will keep you updated |
