Hi all

I have just Cancelled my subscription with these guys after they had not sent me DVD's in over 10 days. When i cancelled a week later i got a notice saying that my account was suspended rather than cancelled.

They said they posted 3 dvds out to me over 2 weeks ago and are trying to charge me for these DVDS that never came.

I am now e-mailing them furiously and want to know what my next move should be.

Guys i warn you DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!

THE SERVICE IS SHOCKING

I'll let you know if i can put an end to this ASAP

Hiya the kid. Probably should have checked your account a bit sooner than allowing 10 days to go by. I dunno, a bit dissapointing for DVDs365, but ask the postman if he enjoyed your DVD's, hehehe.. I always check my DVD account(s) every 2 days to ensure the company has 1. received the DVD's and 2. sent new DVD's. Yes, I have nothing better to do. Rolling Eyes

Hi kid,

I had trouble with them too re. billing but I phoned them and got it cleared up. My trials with DVD365, Qflicks and Movietrak have now all been successfully cancelled but I'm still keeping an eye on my bank account just in case.

Forget the e mail, just phone them on the number below. I wish you good luck. Keep at them, don't give up.

It pays to check bank statements Wink

If in doubt cancel ASAP
