Customer service is non-existent. E-mails to ‘Postal-DVD Support’ are simply ignored.
Cheap price but it’s just not worth the aggravation. My advice would be to choose a company that charges a little bit more but actually provides a service.

Just to say I got a reply today saying they have refunded the membership for the extra month they charged me. As they have done that I have edited my post and taken some of my comments back. I am told they have an unusually high volume of e-mails. They have refunded my money so fair enough

As your account is now cancelled I have refunded you this month subscription

unusually high volumes of emails.
