Ratings system bugs?

I've noticed that on some movies I've rated on ScreenSelect's site, the ratings are not what I gave them. In one case a movie is showing that I gave it five stars when I gave it one, another is showing two stars when I gave it five, etc. I've noticed too that some reviews don't match the rating given by that member - eg a five-star rating and a review that says "not worth wasting time watching". There doesn't seem to be any way to change ratings (or even to view a list of all the DVDs you've rated). I emailed SS several days ago but haven't had a response. Anyone else notice similar problems?
